FOUR LINE GROUP SRL has duly verified that all precious materials used in its production cycle come from companies certified under RJC 2019 or are compliant with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, Annex II.
This verification was carried out by checking the validity of certificates for refining companies and suppliers of precious metals and diamonds—used by Diva Srl—through the RJC website, as well as through direct checks with its business partners.
The management system of FOUR LINE GROUP SRL includes policies and procedures with clearly defined responsibilities and appropriate training for involved personnel, in order to ensure the correct implementation of “Due Diligence for Responsible Sourcing from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas,” in accordance with RJC COP 2019, point 7, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, Annex II.
FOUR LINE GROUP SRL has performed due diligence on its business partners to identify any potential deviations from OECD guidelines. Moreover, no risks to human rights have been identified.
The transactions considered are low risk, and the checks carried out are compliant with RJC principles.
