Whistleblowing

Four Line Group S.r.l. has adopted an internal reporting system (hereinafter also referred to as “Whistleblowing”) to allow the reporting of alleged violations of the principles contained in the Model 231, as well as other national and European Union regulations requiring the implementation of whistleblowing systems.

Four Line Group promotes, within its corporate environment and among its Employees and Collaborators, a culture aligned with current regulations, in line with market best practices, and aimed at ensuring employee satisfaction and customer focus.

To this end, both employees and third parties are granted the opportunity to report potential and/or actual violations they have become aware of in the course of their duties, through the whistleblowing channels specified below.

In particular, a reporting channel is provided that guarantees the confidentiality of the Whistleblower’s identity through IT methods, as well as the possibility of submitting the report anonymously via written communication.

By way of example, reports may concern:

  • discriminatory measures and gender-based harassment
  • harm/fraud committed against the Company or third parties
  • conflicts of interest
  • violations of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing regulations

The mentioned channels are not intended for submitting personal complaints or grievances.
